My cat had a chronic urinary tract infection.
Sometimes the vet called it a bladder infection or kidney infection.
She was on and off antibiotics for 8 years.
Amoxicillin would work for a couple months then her UTI would come back.
Then the vet put her on Baytril.
That worked for 2 weeks then it came back.
  Then we tried Clavimox.
Then back to Amoxicillin.
Giving her the pills were traumatizing.
We even tried liquids.
Those were even worse.
Antibiotics gave her diarrhea.
So I had to give her probiotics as well.
Desperately, I started seeking alternative solutions.
I researched health books and on-line articles.
I read garlic may help.
So I sliced garlic and stuffed it down her thought twice a day.
It did help a little bit but only temporarily.
She hated it.
One day my husband read about cranberry pills.
He thought I should try that.
So I went to the drugstore to the incontinence section and bought cranberry tablets.
The capsules are too big to swallow.
The cranberry pills in the vitamin section are not the same.
I started out giving her four pills a day, two in the morning and two at night.
She immediately responded for the better.
After two weeks, I cut the dosage down to 3 pills a day.
Every two weeks I cut the dosage until she was on just one pill day.
At the end of three months I stopped.
She was cured.
It has been four years now and she has not had another UTI since.
Cranberry pills helps the whole urinary system to be healthier and they are natural.
If your cat ever has urinary problems, please consult your veterinarian to rule out kidney stones or tumors.
He may need to take x-rays.
I am not saying cranberry pills will cure your cat.
I just wanted to let people know how it helped my cat.
