Fruit Smoothies: Fruit smoothies are one of the easiest ways to get a whole bunch of goodness into one delicious glass. Beans: Funnily enough beans provide a lot of fibre considering how small they are. They are also packed with protein and iron. Beans are extremely versatile and you can find a lot of kid-friendly recipes that incorporate these beans into your kids diet.

Eggs: Eggs are extremely healthy for your child. They are high in protein and contain choline. Choline has build the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. This chemical helps with memory and muscle control. Eggs are extremely easy to put into a meal. You can cook them by themselves (scrambled eggs or omelette) or you can incorporate them into a dish. Eggs are also low in calories.
