How to Get a Big Chest - The Essentials to Building a Gorilla Sized Chest

Developing a big chest doesn't need to be complicated it just requires some hard work and consistency in the gym and with your diet.
There is tons of supplements that will promise you the world if you open your wallet, but the truth is you really don't need anything besides good old fashion cooking like your mother or grandma makes you.
In order to gain muscle mass you should be eating slightly over maintenance which is how many calories your body needs to maintain it's weight and try to shoot for at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight.
If this is going to be an issue for you then I would suggest getting a good protein supplement and get a shake or two mixed in with your diet, but the truth is you need a lot less protein then most people think to build muscle.
To gain muscle on your chest quickly you will want to do at least a few different exercises that target it directly.
In general resistance is resistance so feel free to use your favourite exercises as long as you throw in at least one staple like a flat bench press.
Your goal for gaining size is just to fatigue the muscle and for muscle growth you want to stick to the 10-15 rep range with several sets with short rests in between each.
This kind of weight training will increase the size of your chest quickly, but it wont make you a whole lot stronger that fast because your just filling the muscle cells with more fluid called sarcoplasm which cant contract.
Once you have gotten to a size you can be happy with you can do the opposite of the above routine and you will not only get much stronger, it will also help define and create a more dense muscle.
If you maintain a fairly reasonable diet while working out your going to slowly lean out and as your body fat level drops your chest will appear more defined and even larger, so keep your diet clean and stay consistent in the gym and people will be asking you how to get a big chest.
