Randy Schroeder has just announced that he has left Agel Enterprises to join another multi-level marketing (MLM) company. This is big news in the network marketing industry.
Schroeder has made millions in network marketing in several companies, NuSkin, Rexall, Agel, and others. He is has a magnetic personality with leadership abilities such that his followers do exactly that, i.e. they follow him into whatever MLM business he chooses to build.
What will happen to Agel Enterprises? Schroeder is one of the three top earners in the company. It remains to be seen how many Agel Enterprise distributors will jump ship, leave Agel to join his new company.
Schroeder has a HUGE following in Turkey. Many of the people in his downline with Agel live all over the world. Will his huge global business just switch over to another company? When leaders in MLM take their downline with them to join another MLM, those distributors have to start all over too. If they are not magnetic sponsors like Randy, their downline won't follow them and they may be facing a bit of a problem because, now they literally have to start all over.
