Anxiety disorder is formed when continuous stress or anxious events forced the mind to become reset at a higher than normal limit anxiety level. Typically anxiety conditions will manifest itself by the wide varieties of weird sensations and thoughts. This sensations that it creates are unpleasant but in reality it is harmless.
Formation of an anxiety condition can occur rapidly and is basically due to the result of happenings like money worries, bereavement, separations or other situations that can provoke anxiety feelings. When anxiety levels of a person become raised due to such events, the mind will decide to re-set at this new level of anxiety. When this event take place,an anxiety disorder is created.
Anxiety reaction will caused a vast range of both physical and psychological symptoms. This sensations are all harmless and they all also felt much worse than they actually are.They are the sensations of fear but they are NOT true fear!
Just because modern science has decided to use these names to categorized features of anxiety conditions, it doesn't mean that they are unrelated to each other or that they require different treatment to cure the symptoms. Normally, anxiety will produce symptoms like obsessive compulsive disorder, high anxiety and panic attack, making it very difficult to differentiate a sufferer's actual condition. This mistakes create confusion to people and it is similar to telling a person suffering from Athlete's Foot that they have Atopic Eczema. They are both skin conditions but are completely unrelated.
