Dieting = Searching Your Own Method
For some men and women, fitness is useless although it is great for most people.
The reason is simple, their body is different.
So if your body is really sensitive to changes then you will need to work much more than others.
What I mean "really sensitive" is if you eat too many foods, then you'll gain several pounds.
For some people, if they eat lots of foods, they won't gain weight.
Of course everyone can gain weight, but everyone have their own proportion of meals, completely different each others.
Some "newbie" explained that diet is eating vegetables and other foods without any fat.
Sadly, not much people can live with this method.
They will feel like living in a prison which will result nothing but disappointment.
Everyone who wants to diet must have good determination but to eat this way, you need miracle.
You maybe can eat without any fat and full of vegetables but in long term (take an example: 1 year), you'll back to your basic habit.
For me, dieting is like searching your own method.
Of course you must eat less than your normal proportion, but that doesn't mean you must eat without any fats.
If we never eat something delicious, we will get lured easily when we see those kinds of foods.
But if we eat them (with less proportion), the temptations will be less and in the end, we can keep discipline in our eating method.
Beside the above reason, we also shouldn't force ourselves to eat only vegetables because actually it isn't healthy.
If we want to be healthy, we always need fat and carbohydrate beside protein and vitamin.
So if you are a fat man/woman and you want to lose weight, the best method is to: eat less than your normal proportion BUT do not only eat veggies.
Actually, not only our lifestyle but genes also affected our weight.
Eighty percent people whose parents are obese will become fat man when they've become adults.
So actually the sad truth is, genes are affecting our body but you always have choice.
Just like I told you before, everyone is different each others.
So don't complain if someone eats much and he didn't get fat, meanwhile you get fat when you eat less than that man.
What you should do from now on is to stop complaining and start to act.
Don't look into what other people doing and their lifestyle.
Don't keep asking yourself, "Why each time I eat many foods, I gain several pounds?" You should know your own "standard" if you want to have a proportional body.
