This is just a short article that says the doctors' drugs don't work for me but the naturally occurring St John's wort does! In the UK apparently the biggest prescribed pill for people with depression by the doctors is the natural St John's wort.
It is said to work for 80% of the people who take it.
I have many times taken a doctor's prescribed antidepressants and each of those times the pill got me out of depression and into pretty bad mania.
Each new psychiatrist that I get over the years tries to prescribe another one and I have to tell them to have a good read of my file for them to see that about five times I have tried their drug and each time I went into mania.
But St John's wort works very well for me and lifts me out of clinical depression.
I know many of the writers are professionals and they might strongly disagree but my experience is that if you are bipolar like me the ones that the doctors prescribe can get you into mania.
Sometimes I wish I got a commission for every time I have put people onto the wonder antidepressant St John's wort.
I praise God for the person that told me about it, I can tell you.
If I could afford to buy it and give you a free month's supply I would, because after a month you would know if it was working for you.
If it was, you would be very happy.
