How to Make a Chair Out of Popsicle Sticks
- 1). Cut the tips off 12 Popsicle sticks to create 12 3-inch sections.
- 2). Cut the tips off 24 Popsicle sticks to create 24 3 1/2-inch sections.
- 3). Lay two 3-inch Popsicle stick sections vertically on a flat surface, spaced 3 inches apart. Line the top edge of the two sections with super glue.
- 4). Press 12 3 1/2-inch Popsicle stick sections horizontally along the top edges of the two glued Popsicle sticks to create a seat base for the chair.
- 5). Repeat steps three and four to create the back section of the chair.
- 6). Lay four 3-inch Popsicle sticks vertically on a flat surface and line the top edge of the Popsicle sticks with super glue. Press one 3-inch Popsicle stick onto each glued edge to create a thick leg.
- 7). Place the seat base on a flat surface with the bottom facing upward. Measure in 1/2 inch from each end of the two Popsicle sticks. Apply super glue to the top edge of the chair legs and press one at each location to create four legs for the base.
- 8). Place the chair base in a standing position so that it is elevated into the air by all four legs.

Apply super glue to the bottom edge of the Popsicle sticks and press along the back of the chair base.
