    Cypress Bend Golf Course

    • If you're golfing in northwest Louisiana, try out Cypress Bend Golf Course. This public course is located within the Cypress Bend Resort, right beside Toledo Bend Lake. The surrounding lake and hardwood forests create the natural scenery of Cypress Bend. The main features of this championship-level course are the Toledo Bend inlets that serve as water hazards; 10 holes are along the water, while six present shots across the water. Hole 9, for example, is a formidable par 5, dog-legging almost 90 degrees with a narrow fairway bridging a large inlet and an elevated green. The course has a clubhouse with a cafe for breakfast as well as snack and grill fare throughout the day.
