If you are beginning to feel out of sorts, groggy, and extremely achy, you might want to evaluate your current sleeping habits.
It just so happens that not getting a few extra hours of shut-eye per night could be costing you your physical, mental and emotional health little by little.
Step out of this shell of yourself, and hop into bed every night.
Stay there for seven to nine hours.
Awake refreshed.

Getting sufficient sleep every night will prevent you from turning into an insomniac, and will certainly allow you to avoid those hideous dark circles under your eyes.
Reap the benefits of sleeping well, and know that there are many.
Often times, a restless night can lead to a lot of nervous energy and crankiness throughout the day.
You will find that the less you sleep, the less likely you are to be focused and in a pleasant mood.
Thus, not sleeping can severely affect your job and the relationships with those close to you.

The only way to feel truly rested and refreshed in the morning is to achieve rapid eye movement.
This cannot be accomplished if you are always sleeping in spurts.
Take the time to rejuvenate your body and spirit with a good night of rest and pure relaxation.
But you cannot truly feel good by just doing this sporadically.
Make a commitment to yourself and your health that you will make good rest a regular part of your life.
