Origami Bunny Finger Puppets Instructions
- 1). Place the square of origami paper on a table. Rotate the paper so it is a diamond shape facing you. Fold the bottom edge up to the top edge so that the two corners match up, and you have a triangle. Smooth the crease at the bottom with your fingernail.
- 2). Fold the points at the left and right sides of the origami paper up to the point at the top so that all of the points match up. Smooth the creases at the left and right sides of with your fingernail.
- 3). Turn the paper around, keeping the diamond shape orientation. For the ears, fold the tip at the bottom left side up until it overlaps the top left corner of the paper. Smooth the crease with your fingernail. Fold the tip at the bottom right side up until it overlaps the top right corner of the paper. Smooth the crease with your fingernail.
- 4). Fold one layer of the tip at the bottom up to the point at the top. Smooth the crease with your fingernail. Turn the paper over. Fold each side about an inch in and smooth the crease. Fold the remaining layer of paper at the bottom up to the point at the top. Smooth the crease.
- 5). Fold the point at the top in to the middle. Smooth the crease down Turn the paper over. Draw a pair of eyes, a nose and a mouth for your bunny with the magic marker. Let the marker’s ink set for 10 minutes.
- 6). Push your finger into the opening at the bottom of your origami bunny. Run your finger across the bottom to enlarge the opening. Place a finger into the opening and make your bunny “hop” along the table by moving your finger up and down.
