The Benefits of Wheatgrass Juice
The first time I tried wheatgrass juice was about seven or eight years ago.
I thought it would taste like the sweet green juices, that you can purchase in health food stores.
The tasty ones made up from different fruit like apple and pear.
Well, I was in for a surprise.
I wish I could report that it was a refreshing and tasty beverage but wheatgrass juice really tastes like..
..
Grass.
Considering it's only a shot of juice, as gross as I think it is, it's equivalent to 2.
2lbs of vegetables.
That's a pretty generous helping of veggies for only a little drink of juice.
If you have trouble eating enough vegetables, try taking wheat grass shots once in a while.
I wouldn't recommend completely substituting veggies for juice because whole vegetables have fibre and antioxidants, but drinking wheatgrass juice is beneficial in many ways.
Benefits of Drinking Wheatgrass Juice -Lowers blood pressure.
-Digests very easily.
-Rebuilds the bloodstream.
-Increases energy.
-Prevents cancer, constipation and heart disease.

-Reduces body and breath odors.
-Prevents hair loss.
-Great source of vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur, cobalt, zinc, and protein.
If you can manage to get past the taste, try a shot of wheatgrass juice to receive these amazing health benefits.
Drink especially when you are feeling fatigued and in need of some energy.
It may be the only time "shot" and "health benefits" go hand in hand!
