As we all know from our parents and what the teacher have also told us including our family doctor that drinking 6-8 glasses each day is very good for our health.
They tell us that our body is mainly composed of water and so we need to hydrate our body.
Unfortunately, there are times that we are getting sick and tired of water and we would like tastier alternatives to it but which are not packed with sugar.
Recently I have been doing a little bit of a research about that.
Yes, I have been because I have been kind of getting bored with water.
I would like now to share with you what I have found out.
Tomato juice in its most natural form meaning it has been made at home will be the best one.
It has been said; through print and paper that tomato has an ingredient lycopene that fights off cancer cells and tomato is packed with the much needed vitamin C that we all we need right now.
Being exposed to different pollutants either at home or outside, the more that we need vitamin C Another thing that I found out is about, orange juice.
Aside from its energizing smell, orange juice helps us maintain a healthy heart.
I did to know that when we pair fast food with orange juice we will have lesser possibility of having artery related diseases.
But this does not mean that it is totally healthy to be having that combination either.
I would say that this a way wherein we could be a little bit healthy when eating out specially in fast food chains.
Tea is another alternative to water.
There are a lot of teas out there are but only 2 right now has been found that would give us health benefits.
The 1st one is green tea.
As you might have already heard that tea has always been a part of the: Japanese, Chinese as well as Korean lives.
Is it not so encouraging to drink green tea because of what we hear that in Japan there are still those in their late 90's and already in their 100's who are still alive.
Green tea has been known to help fight off excess weight because metabolism is sped up.
This tea is also known to fight off cancer and heart disease paired with proper nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle.
There are still some more alternative drinks to water that you could choose from and so not get bored with water and at the same time be healthy too.
