Article Writing Success - Who Says Article Marketing is on It"s Way Out?

Article marketing has been going for a long time online.
Whatever anyone may say it is not about to slow down.
Take a look at the article directories and you will notice more articles are being submitted.
Surely if article marketing was no longer worth it as a traffic generation strategy then the article directories would be the first to know.
Speaking personally, I have been undeterred by the vast number of articles out there - and there are a lot.
It would appear the credit crunch has something to do with it.
Anyhow there is still enough pie to go around.
I am presently having success building a list from articles I have written and submitted.
Article writing and submission costs little, however you pay for it in time and effort.
If you are willing to put in the time then you will have success.
Let's face it, even if you were using some other traffic generation method like pay per click you would still have to spend time to get your 3 or 4 lines of text right for your maximum clicks from your target audience.
My personal experience tells me article marketing is still alive and well today.
I will dare to add that it will keep going for a long time to come.
Well, it's been going strong for a while so why stop now? So how do I drive traffic to my landing pages with articles? 1) I write articles on subjects people want to read about.
Nothing complicated here, simply choose a niche market of interest and go for it.
2) Write a benefit ridden title.
People often want to know - what's in it for me? You need to answer this in your title since the title is the first part of your article people will see before opening it to read.
3) Now write the body of your article.
Ensure you space out the text so it does not look difficult to read.
One way top achieve this is to use lots of short sentences.
4) Write a compelling resource box to get your readers to sign up for further information at your web site.
Ensure you have a lead capture page waiting at the other end to capture the names and addresses of your readers.
3) You are now ready to distribute your article to as many of the big article directories as you can starting with EzineArticles.
com 4) Make sure your web site and email campaign meets the needs of your article-reading audience.
