How a Proper Weight Lifting Routine and Nitric Pure Can Help You Get Ripped

Your weight lifting routine is what makes you gain size and strength depending on your goals.
With a good weight lifting routine you will end up with positive gains over a long period time, on the other hand, if you're routine is badly designed then you will end up with very few gains and even a risk of injury or overtraining.
Being able to create an effective routine is very important.
I've recently changed mine around since taking Nitric Pure but there are so many variations of routines you can use, that as long as you know the basics you shouldn't have a problem designing one.
The key to a successful program is to make sure that your balancing out your workload and training your entire body.
You should never give more preference to a certain body part, this is bad practice.
For this reason it's a good idea to split your body up into the main muscle groups, or an ever better way is to use the push/pull/legs split.
Imagine that every exercise you do has to fit into these categories.
You will end up with things like bench press, shoulder press and tricep work in your push day and rows, pull ups and curls in your pull day.
Legs would be squats and other leg work.
This type of routine is ideal for a 3 day a week routine, you can on the other hand split it up further if you want to train 4 or even 5 days per week.
If you're going to be training 4 days a week or more, then I would recommend you take Nitric Pure, it will help with recovery times and also give you more energy which will be crucial with the high amount of volume you'll be doing.
Another key thing to remember is that overtraining is easily done; this is why you should never overlap your workouts and always try to take rest days between them.
With push, pull and legs, it's very hard to overtrain (providing you're not doing too much volume in each workout) and because of this it's a very popular routine in weight lifting.
Remember that your body will only grow when you're resting, if you're not giving it chance to grow then you won't see the gains! This is why sometimes it's good to adopt the "less is more" approach and make sure your intensity is high but your volume isn't.
Either way, as long as your sensible and taking a supplement like Nitric Pure, you shouldn't have to worry too much about overtraining.
