Find your specific IBM model on the list and state whether it powers on, whether you have a system restore disk and describe its overall condition. Alternatively, use the online trade-in system, which accepts more than 20 different types of electronics. The online method accepts trade-ins that were not purchased at Best Buy. Use the online estimator to get an offer, and choose either a check or gift card. You'll be prompted to print a prepaid label to mail in your item.
