Lady Gaga won the Best Dance Recording Grammy Award for the second year running. This year the winner was "Poker Face." She also won the Best Electronic/Dance Album award for The Fame. Lady Gaga opened the festivities performing with Elton John in a medley of "Poker Face," "Speechless," and "Your Song."
