How to Draw a Big Flower
- 1). Position your 8.5-inch x 11-inch paper in a portrait position in front of you on the desk.
- 2). Draw a large circle with a 3-inch diameter on the paper. This is the center of the flower. The center of the flower should be positioned approximately two-thirds of the way up the page, in the center.
- 3). Draw a series of humps, equal in size, lining the outside of the circle. These are the petals.
- 4). Draw two vertical parallel lines, 1 centimeter apart, starting at the bottom of the blossom and running to the bottom of the page. This is the stem.
- 5). Draw two humps, approximately the same size as the petals, lining each side of the stem. These represent leaves.
- 6). Draw over the lines on the paper using a bold black marker.
