• 1). Buy a cheap black and gold military dress. You can find these in many stores for quite cheap prices. If you only have a plain black dress, cut gold material and fasten it to the dress in military style. Put on white knee-high socks.

• 3). Buy a glittery white glove or a plain white glove and glue silver glitter to it. Wear only on one hand.
