How to Throw a Disco Halloween Party
- 1). Make party invitations to let your guests know you are throwing a disco inspired Halloween party. Cut shiny silver paper in the shape of a circle to represent a disco ball. Draw a jack-o-lantern face onto the disco ball. Write party information on the back and send to guests.
- 2). Decorate the party place with memorabilia from the 70's that has a Halloween twist. Display pumpkins that have typical disco attire on them such as headbands and spandex. Hang a disco ball from the room that is painted orange. Dress skeletons as if they were disco dancers and sit them on chairs.
- 3). Play music from the 70's on one stereo, along with Halloween music that has goblins screeching and witches cackling on another stereo. Guests will be able to hear their favorite disco music with Halloween sound effects.
- 4). Serve food that is easy for the guests to hold since there will be a lot of dancing at the party and not a lot of sitting. Appropriate food to serve includes cheeses, fruit and sliders.
- 5). Award guests prizes such as c.d.'s for the best costumes that tie both Halloween and the disco together.
