This Mushroom Pie was a surprise success. I wanted a parve side dish to serve on Shabbat, and I happen to have puff pastry dough in the freezer and fresh mushrooms in the fridge. The combination was delicious. Even my 9-year-old asked for seconds and thirds of this tasty side dish.
