The key to this stuff is it prevents yeast from clinging to the insides of your body.
This means yeast will find it harder to cling to your tongue, your digestive and urinary tract as well as your vaginal tract.
Drink a glass or two of this a day to get the desired effect.

Yogurt via Syringe Yogurt is great in that it's chalk full of good bacteria.
Just make sure you pickup some sugar free yogurt from the store when you do this.
Once you've got the yogurt, fill up a syringe with it, and then insert the syringe vaginally and apply the yogurt.
Do this twice a day for 2 weeks for best results.

Buttermilk This is not something you find too often when heading through the supermarket isles, but if you do come across it, definitely pick it up.
