    • 1). Print the design onto the transfer paper. If printing a light t-shirt, flip the image first. In the printer's properties setting, click the option called "Flip Horizontal", "Mirror Image", or "T-Shirt Transfer". Do not flip the image for dark t-shirts. Print a test page on normal paper before using the inkjet sheet if necessary.

    • 2). Choose a flat, hard and smooth surface for ironing and place a pillowcase folded in half over the area.

    • 3). Preheat the iron to the highest cotton temperature setting and place the shirt on top of the pillowcase. Iron the t-shirt flat to remove the wrinkles.

    • 4). Allow the t-shirt to cool to room temperature.

    • 5). Place the transfer sheet onto the desired area of the t-shirt. If using a light t-shirt, place the sheet facedown onto the area. If using a dark t-shirt, peel off the back paper from the transfer sheet. Place the sheet onto the shirt with the image facing up. Place the ironing tissue paper included with the kit on top of the image.

    • 6). Consult the chart in the Reference area below to determine the correct ironing time. The time varies by image size and t-shirt color.

    • 7). Iron the image onto the shirt. Use firm downward pressure and iron in straight lines from side to side. Keep the iron moving at all times. Be sure to iron the edges and corners.

    • 8). Allow the image to cool to the touch and remove the transfer sheet.
