All of it increases loss of muscle tone which aggravates snoring at night.

The main cause is sleep deprivation, because when you snore, you have restricted breathing and sometimes pauses in-between nightly breathing which leads to frequent awakenings all through the night.
With time, sleep deprivation starts to affect all aspects of your personal and professional life.
Regardless of whether you snore after a drink or it is due to a related reason, it is important to find a solution to stop snoring for good.
