Shotgun Reloading Instructions
- 1). Turn the safety on by pushing the small button near the trigger. If you are unaware of where the safety is, you should not be handling the firearm. Set the gun in a safe location, outside the reach of children and seek assistance.
- 2). Point the gun in a safe direction.
- 3). Pump the shotgun two or three times to ensure that it is completely unloaded. If there is a round in the chamber, it will eject from the slot.
- 4). Turn the gun over and locate the chamber in the middle underside.
- 5). Push the metal blocker (also known as a tang) down and slide a shell into the chamber, plastic end first.
- 6). Slide the action bar down once to chamber the first load. Continue to fill the gun with shells, but do not slide the action bar. When the shotgun is full of shells, it is loaded and ready to to shoot. Keep the safety on until you are in a safe area and ready to fire.
