Hi I'm Stephen Smith from Atlanta, Georgia. Owner of Viva Fitness, also located in Atlanta, Georgia. Today I'll being showing you exercises in Urban Body Fitness. Now I'm going to tell you a couple things to do to help get rid of the belly roll. First, I would say put down the jelly roll. So, you can do things like cardiovascular exercise. Key thing in helping stripping down. Interval training, high intensity interspersed with low intensity cardiovascular exercises. You can do a number of ab exercises. Find a gym. There are tons of ab classes offered in gyms around the country today. Resistance training. That's a good way to help reduce the belly roll. But, key thing, find out what you put in your mouth. If you put bad things in your mouth, your going to have bad things taking place around the midsection. So, pick up a jump rope, jog around the block, pick up some weights. Those are all key things to help you do, to reduce jelly rolls. A couple of ab exercises that you can do to help get rid of that belly roll/jelly roll, are some basic crunches here. Breathing, exhaling as you come up. Bicycle sit-ups, twisting the torso, not the elbows. So twist the torso. Sit-ups are also good. Push-ups are a good way to help because push-ups are activities that's going to engage the core. Roll the hips under, take the body down. A mountain climber. These are all quick and simple things that you can do to help get rid of that belly roll.
