How to Clean Hob Rings
- 1). Let the hob rings cool after use. Wipe them down with a damp cloth. If there still are stains or stuck-on food, fill the sink with hot soapy water and move the rings into the sink.
- 2). Let the rings soak overnight. Rinse them in clear water.
- 3). Put a dime-sized amount of cream metal cleaner on a scouring pad and gently scrub off any remaining stains or stuck on food. Rinse the hob and let it air dry before returning it to the stove.
- 1). Scrape off any burnt on food with a glass scraper while the hob still is warm. Wipe it down with a damp cloth.
- 2). Put a dime-sized amount of a ceramic hob cleaner on the cloth and wipe down the hob gently. The cleaner will leave a protective film that will prevent damage from food burning over in the future.
- 3). Let the hob dry completely before using it again.
