After all sex is one of the basic needs we all have no matter what your age, preference or beliefs? There is a lot of information and myths out there about sex and what men and women like.
How are you supposed to know what is right and what is just plain rubbish.
• There are sex manuals that cover all subjects to do with sex but lack the detail and you find yourself reading it again trying to find something you may have missed.
Books that reveal what the differences between men and women are but all they do is make you more confused than you were before you read it.
• If you can afford it or not too embarrassed is go and see a sex therapist that will take time as well.
Sex Manuals Most sex manuals are mostly geared toward the man's pleasure, can be hard to understand and usually have no moral standpoint.
All they do is give you the basics of a subject and some are too raunchy, can make suggestions that can be harmful to a relationship or marriage.
If you read the millions of manuals available today and then try making love as given in there, most likely you may fail.
This because they tell you how to make love but not how to enjoy the process of lovemaking.
Books about sex Most of these only cover a few subjects and mostly are geared toward pleasing the man and doesn't take into account the woman.
After a fair bit research most of these books are written by "sex experts, ex-strippers or ex-prostitutes.
As in the manuals the just focus on giving out the information with no moral standpoint.
Sex Therapy This can be costly and take a lot of time.
Some "sex therapists" sleep with their clients which in our opinion doesn't promote a healthy relationship.
