Coping With Death
Death is the source of all fears in this world.
When we are afraid to be without a job, we are actually afraid of dying of starving; when we are afraid to fly with a plane, we are afraid of dying in a plane crash; when we are afraid to go alone in a forest, we are afraid of dying as food for some animal; fear of unknown is fear of death.
Fear of death is everywhere, in every part of our lives; the whole culture is sunk into it, as it is widely accepted that death is something very terrible; darkness, everything ends...
supposedly.
As fear is one of the basic feelings, many are simply frightened to think about death, or at least to ask, "What will happen to me?" Instead, they just do not think and do not speak about death.
According to us, it is completely wrong.
Dead is not what many imagine it to be.
It should be discussed and analyzed - the fear of dead should be transformed into a belief that one stage in our existence ends and another starts.
Scientific proofs There are tones of evidences by many individuals who experienced the near-death experience and have witnessed about astonishing events.
There is also a great number of medically registered survivors of clinical death, and they all speak about more or less same stuff.
There is an afterlife.
Death is not the end.
Don't be afraid.
Different studies of clinical death and near-death experience show amazingly common elements in the witnessing of the survivors.
During the process of dying, most of them hear how doctors pronounced them dead.
They also report how they have seen their lifeless bodies lying below them; this scene most often shocks them, as they are first time looking upon themselves outside their bodies surrounded by doctors, nurses, or relatives.
In these cases, they instinctively try to make them aware about their presence, trying to touch them or speak to them, but no one hears their voices or notices their touches.
They are cut off from the physical dimension: their conscious (that is, actually, the person) is in another dimension.
With the time, the "died" persons start to feel relief, peace and even happiness.
Later, they all experience "the tunnel", the white light, the angelic beings, etc.
Very often, many of them do not want to return to their bodies.
The afterlife But, what happens with a soul when it passes the tunnel? Where it goes after that? Where it lives, etc.
? Many great spiritual teachers, who experienced higher states of existence, as well as some alternative scientists, teach about more stages of the afterlife.
There are layers or dimension or realms that every soul has to pass in order to achieve its final purpose.
When your leave your body (you are "dead"), you will first be projected - in real time, for the first few days - in a realm that is close to the physical world.
It will last until your etheric matter runs out of you.
You are then going through something like second death, entering the Astral dimension/plane of existence.
In the astral, the soul will purge itself from all desires remained from the physical world.
There, you can have everything you want, in abundance.
This is done through the creative power of your subconscious mind.
You will saturate your every desire and need in order to see that they are just illusions.
The next phase is entering the Mental dimension.
There you will have the extraordinary possibility to see your past life, to examine and express every possible thought you ever had in your life, as well as every action you have ever done.
Your thoughts, experiences, memories, actions - everything will be added to the Akashic Records.
Imagine it as an enormous library where the entire experience of the human existence (of every human being) in the physical dimension is recorded.
The next level will be the Buddhic dimension.
Your soul will stay there for a timeless healing, atonement, rest, forgiveness and understanding of self.
In this realm, your soul will heal its inner wounds.
It will be nurtured by the divine love.
Your spirit will again become whole and perfect.
After this, you will shed the Buddhic dimension and you will enter the next one - the Atmic dimension.
In this realm, you will wait in the divine presence for those who you really love.
Finally, one day you will continue to the next level of the existence where the greatest mystery of life will be revealed.
This is all a possibility we can count on.
What we wanted to say here is that our bodies in this physical world are only vehicles for our souls.
Death is only a transition process toward a greater and more beautiful reality where our true selves can fulfill our true destinies.
Death is not the end.
Don't be afraid.
