If you live a little further from work than you think you can bike, build up to it. You don't have to make the change overnight.

Adding your workout into your commute saves time too. You already spend time commuting. Now save time, money, and lose weight! Just don't forget to let your insurance company know if you think you might qualify for a low mile discount.
