1. Is it priced too high? A house that is priced higher than other homes in the area, most likely will not sell unless the price is reduced to meet the market value in the neighborhood. Talk with your Realtor about what the homes are selling for,
2. Clutter? Do you or your kid's have toys laying all over the house? If so, clean them up immediately, along with anything else that will take the buyers eyes off the home itself. If you have large furniture, you may want to remove that too. You want the buyer to envision their life in the home, so removing as much clutter as possible is a big thing that should be on your "to do" list.
