- 2). Obtain your access code and chairperson pass code once your account is established by calling the telecommunications customer service line. Depending on the particular company, you may also be able to access this information through email.
- 3). Schedule your conference call with all participating parties. You do not have to schedule your call with the telecommunications company. These types of services allow you to use your access code at any time. Most companies have one specific phone number to call in on; an attendant will answer and prompt you to enter your access code and then you will be on the call. Everyone scheduled to be on the call follows the same directions; the access number will lead them all to the correct conference call.
