The Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (ACTF) Award honors musical theatre achievement among faculty, college, and university students.

For musicals entered into the KCACTF Michael Kanin Playwriting Awards Program, ACTF Awards categories include honors for Composer, Lyricist, Librettist, and Producing Institution as follows:

$1000 for music

$1000 for lyrics

$1000 for book

$1000 to the college or university producing the musical
