Creating a high profit joint ventures can be easy if you follow the steps needed. What are these?

1. Choose a good partner.

In order for your joint ventures to be successful, you have to select the best and quality sites to become your partners. You could use the search engines in your search if you are just in the process of looking for partners.

Go to some of the big search engines and type words or phrases that are related to what you are offering. Your search will probably give you a lot of options. Now all you need to do is take some time to research on the background these companies before you make them your partner.

2. Go for smaller sites first.

Try and contact slowly growing small sites. The reason behind this is that you have more chances of getting reciprocal links from smaller sites especially if you are just starting out. Then once you have gotten a higher page rank, you can now try and go for the bigger sites.

When you initially opt for the bigger sites, there is a high probability that you will be disapproved. These sites are just cautious for their own welfare. Obviously, they would want to have a share of the sales made, want their ranks increased and get quality linking partners. So you may want to build up these things first before asking them to partner with you.

3. Selecting quality sites.

When choosing smaller sites, you should also consider if they are of quality or not. It is best to look for growing sites that is within your niche market.

Check each sites general growth rate. As much as possible, you want to find sites that have higher traffic growth. Pick out a minimum of five. Then you can pick the top two sites as your alternative. You might be in need of them in the future. If the page rank is five or higher put them into your contact file.

4. Creating a professionally-designed contact letter to send out.

This is also a vital factor in a successful joint ventures. For your chosen partner, you should present a contactletter which states all the benefits that they will receive. It is best to write a short letter that is clear and concise.

When you are going after larger sites, prepare yourself to pay much higher percentage. The standard payment for these sites are at least 50%. You can always make up for that from the traffic and sales to be generated.

7. Never hesitate to follow-up.

It is important that you should try and follow up on your offer until you have a positive answer of a yes or a no. Do not rely on emails since they might not get to open these things. One thing about email today is that yours might be considered spam and might even be filtered.

It is best to call them personally to inquire about the status of your offer. Just do not rush them. Give them time to think things over.
