Was Peter the First Pope?
Oh yes, Peter was made pope and the cow jumped over the moon and he even divorced his wife so he could be celibate for the job as well and, then, the little dog laughed to see such fun and the dish ran away with the spoon! LOL I wonder if 'Pope Peter' wore all those fancy robes? Did he wear one of those Philistine, Priest of Dagon, fish hats? I wonder if he sold eternal life and opened a Swiss bank account to keep all the evil profits from his highly dubious and thereby satanic religious activities? I wonder too if he planned the Apostolic Succession - whatever that is? One thing is for sure, there's no mention of it in The Holy Scriptures.
Matthew chapter 16, and all that blasphemous 'Peter the pope' nonsense, revealed for what it is - total satanic Roman Catholic Cainite religious humbug and hog-wash.
Look at how Matthew 16 opens: Verse 1: The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came (i.

Yashua Messiah now turns this episode into a lesson in faith and FAITH now becomes the subject and thrust of this chapter and nothing else.
We must take on board at this crucial point in the narrative that this chapter is not about people or any particular individual; it's only about Spirituality and Faith.
So, moving on, Yashua Messiah asks in verses 9 & 10: Have you forgotten my miracles already, He enquires of them? Verse 11 & 12: Yashua Messiah explains again and they finally understand.

Yashua Messiah is asking them this question to see if anyone out there amongst the lost, apart from the Learners present, has Faith, as it would take great Faith, in a lost and unsaved world, to verbalise and confess that Yashua Messiah is The Messiah.
Verse 14: The Learners (disciples) tell Yashua Messiah that some people say He is John the Baptist, some say He is Elijah and others that He is Jeremiah or one of the prophets.
Verse 15: Then comes the big question - the biggest and most important question ever asked of a group of men: "But whom say ye that I am?" Yashua Messiah, here, is testing their belief and their Faith, directly.
Verse 16: Peter then answers with a Spiritual nuke! Make no mistake; his reply to this question is as significant as the creation of Adam and Eve.
We must never underestimate this moment in mankind's history.
This is the first man to have ever received a direct communication from the Father and then to use that information in his response to the Yashua Messiah's question.
Verse 17: And to confirm it, Yashua Messiah tells Peter just how blessed he is to be the recipient of this first Fatherly communication: Matt 16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Yashua Messiah is stating clearly and unambiguously that His Assemblies, the Assemblies of God, will be built upon Him and through Faith in Him and upon no one else.

The other 'keys' that follow are repentance, Baptism, the gift of the Holy Spirit and the gift of Grace through belief and continued belief or faith in Yashua Messiah; these are the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven/God.
