I believe that with your own motivation you can easily lose a lot of weight by applying a few simple things.
Eat enough, often enough Skipping a meal usually leads to gaining weight.
That means that when you skip a meal you get so hungry you eventually start eating unhealthy snacks or you over eat during your next meal.
Eating regularly, ( I eat up to 5 times a day), will help you stop with those bad habbits that make your metabolism crazy and unstable.
Healthy Snacking This tip will not only help you lose weight but also help you save money.
Instead of snacking those chocolate bars, or even worse those power bars, try eating an apple.
Snacking will also help you prevent overeating and will keep your blood sugars high which will help you stay out of "starvation mode".
Drink water Drinking water can help you lose weight in several ways.
If you have a problem with water-weight, drinking water will help you alleviate bloating.
Also drinking water will prevent you from feeling hungry all the time, and if you replace those sodas with water you will certainly lose tons of calories a month.
Some sports Sports is probably the most effective way to lose weight but also the hardest.
But I suggest some simple things to get started.
For example take the stairs instead of the elevator when you go to work.
Or even better, plan one day in the week that you will walk to work instead of taking a car or public transportation.
