How to Do Fan Mod on PS3
- 1). Locate the connection points on the fan modification for the Sony PS3. The mod sits either on top of the PS3 or on its right side.
- 2). Place the fan mod onto the PS3's venting area. Slide it around slightly, until the fan mod clicks into place. This may take one or two tries, as the connection points are small.
- 3). Plug the power supply into the back of the fan mod, and plug the other end of the power supply into a wall outlet.
- 4). Press the "Power" button on the back of the fan mod, to turn it on.
