EasySell Tutorial - A Walkthrough (Part II)

103 14
Welcome back.
After reading the last post, you should by now have your box filled with products that you can't wait to send to Amazon.
We'll walk you through the rest of the steps so that you can be on your way to some exciting profits.
Now that you have everything entered in the EasySell system and added to your box, click "Pack Your Box" if you haven't already.
This will take you to the next screen where you need to fill in your "Ship From" address.
Fill out the fields with the necessary info.
Once you have finished, click "Create My Shipping Label.
" On the next page, you will see a 'Package Label' and 'Packing Slip' that you will need to print out.
The packing slip will go inside of your box, and the package label will be affixed to the outside of the box.
If you accidentally press "Finish" before printing these labels, don't worry.
I'll show you how to go back and print them later in this tutorial.
After you have printed out the packing slip and package label, you can now place the packing slip in your box (preferably on top of the items), and seal your box.
Place the package label somewhere on top of the box, but leave space so that you have somewhere to put your shipping label.
Now go to Amazon.
com and log into your seller account.
Under the "Manage your Inventory" section, click on either "View your current Inventory" or "View your current FBA Inventory.
" On the next page, click on the link that says "Shipping Queue.
" This should be near the top center of the screen.
You should be taken to a screen that lists all of your shipments.
It should look something like this: Find your EasySell shipment and click on "View & Track" on the right side of the screen: Set Quantity: If you didn't set the quantity of each item you are selling in Part I, you can change it here.
When you are finished with this step, click "Save & Continue" on the bottom right of the page.
Select Carrier: If you are shipping individual boxes, select "Small Parcel Delivery" (SPD), otherwise choose Less than Truckload (LTL) if you are shipping pallets.
On the right, select your carrier.
Personally, I ship SPD and use the Amazon Partnered Carrier (UPS) since the shipping rates are heavily discounted.
Click "Continue" when you have finished selecting your carrier.
Prepare Shipment: If you forgot to print a packing slip (the paper that goes inside the box), you are able to print it here.
Provide Details: Provide the weight and dimensions of your box.
If you don't know how much your box weights and don't have a scale, don't worry.
You can figure out the weight of the box by checking your email.
Look for an email from Amazon with the title "Your Amazon EasySell Shipment.
" There should be a line that says 'Estimated Weight.
' Once finished, click the box agreeing to have your account charged for shipping and click continue.
You will get an estimate on the shipping rate and will have 24 hours to void this fee in the case that you decide to edit your box or change something.
Click continue to go on to the next step.
Label Shipment: Click on "Print box Labels" to print both your shipping label and packing label.
These are both affixed on the outside of the box.
Make sure they are on top so that they are easily scannable.
When finished, click Continue.
Summary: Review your items and their quantities, making sure everything is accounted for.
If everything is correct, all you have to do now is drop of the box at your local carrier! Part 1 of the EasySell Tutorial
