The Nokia 5030 Graphite is a budget handset aimed at the second handset or replacement handset market.
Released in June 2009, the handset is also known as the XpressRadio.
The handset comes with limited functionality but with a typically Nokia styled casing.
The handset measures 108 mm x 45 mm and is 15 mm thick, it weighs 82 g.
The handset is both compact and lightweight, as well as being comfortable to use.

The handset provides vibration and ring alert types, with the added benefit of being able to download polyphonic, MP3 and video tones.
This provides suitable means of individualising the handset to the personal style of the user.
A useful speakerphone is provided, which offers hands-free communication capability as and when required.
The handset also comes with dedicated radio keys for simple and effective access to the radio functions.
The phonebook included within this package is able to retain up to 1000 entries, whilst the last 20 dialled, received and missed calls are also retained within the call records function.
The handset comes with a voice memo facility, which is useful as a means of taking vocal notes as and when required and a flashlight, for illumination.
As the name suggests, the phone provides a stereo FM radio with additional features, one of which is a built in antenna.
The radio provides the means to listen to broadcasts from a variety of local and national radio stations with ease.
For further entertainment the package includes a variety of games.

It is a competent, simplistic mobile phone which offers unashamedly limited functionality.
