He Pingping has a condition called Primordial Dwarfism. His father told Guinness World Records that, at birth, Pingping was small enough to fit into the palm of his parent’s hand.
Less than two and half feet tall, He Pingping is the world's smallest man. In January 2010, he traveled to Istanbul, Turkey, to meet Sultan Kösen, the world's tallest man at 8-foot, 1 inch. Pingping lives with his family in Inner Mongolia, China.
In 2009, Kosen became the first person in two decades to be measured at over 8 feet.
