Last week I was leaving my gym when I saw a woman battling a dripping bag of ice as if her life depended on it.
I secretly watched as she tried shifting it on her shoulder every which way only to realize she was standing in a puddle of water.
Two weeks ago I would have walked right past this woman but since learning and writing about WRAPZ I now know better.
Seeing the woman in distress I rushed over in my cape to save the day and shouted, "Stop struggling with that messy bag of ice and KEEP IT UNDER WRAPZ.
" WRAPZ started as the vision of professional athletes and renowned sports medicine experts who wanted a more effective, non-invasive therapeutic means to treat muscle and joint pain.
Together their efforts resulted in this revolutionary cold/hot therapy method.
WRAPZ inevitably sets itself apart from the competition by combining waterproof, breathable stretch fabrics and ergonomic designs to maximize compression, comfort, fit and functionality while treating pain and swelling.
WRAPZ features a unique multi-fastening Velcro system to keep its re-usable cold/hot pack securely in place while still affording you the freedom of movement.
WRAPZ has quickly become the weekend warrior's guide to relief.
Michael Jordan one of the best athletes of all time and WRAPZ biggest endorser said "I believe WRAPZ will benefit everyone in sports and everyday life" Some of us construct or fix things, some of us garden or decorate, some of us get down and dirty on the field, while others send the malls into a tail spin; no matter what our agenda everyone could us a WRAPZ.
Gail Sanders recently wrote to the company to say how beneficial her back WRAPZ was when she was packing and moving last summer.
Gail was right! I know as a runner I use my ankle WRAPZ every day.
Whether you are moving, running, or chasing and lifting your two-year old, your WRAPZ will be a life saver! Cold/Hot therapy should only be applied for a 20 minute period of time before allowing the body to return to its normal temperature.
The ideal regiment for applying cold and heat is 20 minutes on and then20 minutes off and so on.
Anything exceeding 20 minutes provides no further benefit and may actually reduce effectiveness but when done correctly can save the day.
Approximately 50 million American suffer from chronic or recurrent pain.
Many of us treat that pain with multiple medical procedures or heavy prescriptions of pain pills.
Last year over 52% of prescription users reported that their medication was not always effective.
The cost of pain alone in the U.
S.
equates to an estimated $100 billion.
According to the pain society 25% of "sick days" taken are due to pain, slowing down productivity and slicing workers paychecks.
The numbers are staggering and they are real.
WRAPZ are widely used and appreciated by a variety of medical professionals, such as team trainers, physical therapist, amateur and professional athletes and well let's face it, anyone who has ever experience a body ache or pain.
Sports enhancement Specialist Tim Grover told us "I have found WRAPZ to be useful in pre and post conditioning.
It is very convenient to use and a great time saver.
They have become a vital tool in all of my programs.
" Medical experts contend that proper integration of cold/hot therapy may help prevent all degrees of injuries.
WRAPZ are available for all body parts and all come with re-usable environmentally friendly cold/hot packs.
So forget costly medical bills, frustrating prescription refills and dripping bags of ice.
Join the crusade of pain fighters everywhere and treat your pain the right way, KEEP IT UNDER WRAPZ!
