We are pleased to be able to offer our luxury villa in Vence for holiday lets. The villa sleeps 10 and has its own very private swimming pool
The Villa
The private pool, measures 14m x 7m, is not overlooked and is for the exclusive use of the clients renting the property. There is a pool terrace with outdoor furniture including chairs, settee, parasols and teak sun loungers.
The property offers ideal accommodation for two families sharing. There are two lounges, two kitchens, two SKY systems showing all UK TV channels. The main drawing room and dining room are upstairs along with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom downstairs. Access between the two levels is via stairs outside, plus a spiral staircase inside the house. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite. There is also a main house bathroom with shower and toilet plus two further separate toilets in the house.
The detached property sits centrally in a secure 1 acre plot with access via gates to both the North and East of the main house with ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. Our villa is about a 3-4 minutes drive from the town of Vence and is set in tranquil countryside across the valley from the town. The town is visible from our grounds

Vence is situated in the South of France in the Cote D'Azur region and is a 1,000 year old medieval hilltop town. The old walled town is extremely pretty and is full of art galleries, boutiques, shops and restaurants. The town, popular with tourists is still a working town where locals still out number the tourists.
Vence is a perfect location to explore the whole of the Cote D'Azur as it in centrally located between St Tropez to the West and Monaco to the East. The Italian border is less than a hours drive away and Nice airport less than 30 minutes away by car.
