How to Become a Net 10 Cellular Distributor
Instructions
1Contact Net 10 (see Resources) to inquire about the firm's requirements to qualify for a distributorship. The company can be contacted by phone, through its website or by postal mail. Before contracting with you to become a distributor, Net 10 will consider the proportion of distributors to the population of the area, sales target and minimum investment.
2
Ask Net 10 to send you a vendor application via postal mail or email, if you qualify as a potential distributor.
3
Complete the Net 10 distributor application. Submit it with your resume, references and an outline of your business plan to the marketing or distributor representative's office by postal mail or email.
4
Contact the marketing or distributor representative if your waiting period is longer than 10 days. Reiterate your interest in the distributorship and ask for an update on your application.
5
Schedule a meeting with Net 10 to discuss contract terms.
6
Discuss matters of entitlement such as the commission rate, and any fees involved, during the meeting. Everything should be clearly stated and understood at this stage to avoid misunderstandings.
7
Read the distributor contract thoroughly before signing it, especially the fine print. You may want to get a lawyer to go over the contract before you agree to the terms presented by Net 10.
8
Close the deal by finalizing the terms and conditions of distributorship. Sign and date the distributor contract.
