Social internet sites such as facebook are some of the most popular web sites of the day... well, the last several years truly...  It was simply a issue of time before an application developer created a facebook app for the Nintendo DS and DSi system.  Critical note: the facebook software I am bringing up to requires that you also get an R4 Card - a third party accessory for your NDS or DSi, without the R4 Card your Nintendo Ds or DSi simply will not be able to load this facebook app.

Facebook applications that function to get Facebook to devices have been out for some time for many of the more popular smart phones, windows mobile phones, palm pre as well as the iPhone.  It was not until Feb 2010 that someone really produced a useful facebook app for the good old Nintendo DS.
