How to Check Quality of Business
- 1). Ask around locally. If the business is local, chances are it will be well-known among the locals. Ask what they think of the business. If you're not an outgoing person, ask a shopkeeper, bartender or someone who works in the area and deals with locals on a regular basis.
- 2). Read online reviews of the business by checking out web review sites. Several different websites exist that have reviews made by other users detailing their experience with the business. Use the website to search for the business you want to review.
- 3). Check and see if the business is a member of the Better Business Bureau by checking its website. Many businesses are members of the BBB, and the BBB also grades businesses and allows for reviews of the business as well.
- 4). Ask the business to provide you with some references to see how others are satisfied with their business. Usually, the more references they provide, the better.
