• 1). Sign in to the AT&T Wireless official website, using your cell phone number and password. Select "Usage & Recent Activity" in the "My Account" option. Read the Voice & Data Usage section to acquire your current data usage.
  
  
• 2). Dial the star symbol (*), DATA and the pound sign (#) from your AT&T cell phone. Press the "Send" key to request your data usage information. Listen for your text message alert sound.
  
  
• 3). Open your text message "Inbox" and find the text message from AT&T. The message will contain specific information on your current data usage for the month.
  
  

Verizon Tracking

• 1). Go to the official Verizon Wireless website and type your cell phone number and password in. Click "Data" on the left side of the page under "Usage." Read a detailed description of your data usage.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Menu" button on your cell phone. Scroll down and select "VZ Access Manager."
  
  
• 3). Select "Networks." Choose "Usage" and read through your usage for the month.
