Cooking

• Viking offers different cooking ranges, ovens, warming drawers and microwaves. The manufacturer offers both freestanding ranges and ovens, and just range tops and cooktops. These appliances are generally part of two series: the Professional and Designer series. An example of the freestanding range is the 30-inch Custom sealed burner range, which is part of the Professional series. This range runs on either propane or natural gas, and it has four burners. An example of a cooktop is the 36-inch continuous grate gas cooktop, which is part of the Designer series. It runs on natural gas or propane and has five burners.
  
  

Refrigeration

• Viking offers five different types of refrigeration products: freestanding, refrigerated drawers, beverage centers, built-in refrigerators and ice machines. For example, the 24-inch Custom Panel beverage center features a door that matches your cabinetry and has two glass and two wine shelves. It can hold up to 14 bottles. An example of a freestanding fridge is the 36-inch bottom-mount refrigerator/freezer, which features a drawer freezer on the bottom. This fridge is Energy Star rated.
  
  

Wine Cellar

• Viking has two types of wine cellars: full height and undercounter. Full height wine cellars are standalone units, while the undercounter units fit under cabinetry. For example, the 30-inch full height wine cellar comes with a stainless steel finish, and it can hold up to 150 bottles. It also features the TriTemp Storage System, which allows you to break up your wine cellar into three different areas all with their own temperature settings.
  
  

Dishwasher

• Viking offers three different series of dishwashers: Designer, Professional and Custom Panel, which matches your kitchen cabinets. All of these dishwashers are 24 inches wide. For example, the Custom Panel dishwasher is available in 24 different finishes and comes with the Intelli-Wash system, which provides you with just enough pressure and water to clean your dishes.
  
  

Countertop

• Viking has a range of countertop appliances, including toasters, stand mixers, blenders, food processors and coffeemakers. For example, the 4-slot toaster is available in black, red or gray, and is made of stainless steel. It has four slots for bread and two knobs that you can operate independently. Viking also offers 5-quart stand mixer, which is also available in red, black or gray. It comes with either 800 or 1,000 watts of power and a 5-quart bowl.
