Adjust the Audio

• 1). Turn on your television.
  
  
• 2). Using your Samsung television remote, press the "Menu" button and, using the up and down arrows, navigate to "Sound."
  
  
• 3). Choose the "Audio" mode you want to adjust. "Standard" is for everyday use; "Music" emphasizes music over voices; "Movie" optimizes live sound for movies; "Speech" emphasizes voice over other sounds.
  
  
• 4). Select "Equalizer" and press "Enter" on your Samsung television remote.
  
  
• 5). Use the right and left arrow buttons on your remote to adjust to your preferred sound option. Press "Enter" to save and exit.
  
  

Poor Picture Quality

• 1). Turn on your television. Press the "Menu" button on your Samsung remote control to access the main menu.
  
  
• 2). Use the up and down arrow buttons on your Samsung remote control to highlight "Picture." Press "Enter" on your remote. Highlight "Mode" and press "Enter." Select "Sharpness," and press "Enter."
  
  
• 3). Increase the sharpness of your picture by pressing the right arrow button on your Samsung television remote.
  
  
• 4). Exit the menu by pushing the "Exit" button on your remote control.
  
  
• 5). Call a service technician if this doesn't fix the problem, of if your picture breaks up severely or appears pixelated on non-HDTV programs.
