Add a Mailbox

• 1). Launch Outlook 2010. Go to the "File" menu, and click "Info."
  
  
• 2). Click "Account Settings," and then click "Account Settings" again.
  
  
• 3). Click the name of the account you want to add a mailbox to. Click "Change," and then click 'More Settings."
  
  
• 4). Select the "Advanced" tab, and then click the "Add" button.
  
  
• 5). Type a name for the additional Outlook mailbox. Click "OK" to return to the previous dialog box. You should now see the new mailbox in the list of mailboxes. Click "OK."
  
  
• 6). Type the email user name for the mailbox. Click "Finish," and then click "Close." The new mailbox will appear in your Outlook workspace.
  
  

Import a Mailbox

• 1). Start Outlook 2010. Click the "File" menu, and then click "Open."
  
  
• 2). Click "Import" to open the "Import and Export" wizard. Choose "Import from another program or file." Click "Next."
  
  
• 3). Click "Outlook Data File (.pst)" in the file types list. Click "Next."
  
  
• 4). Choose an option for duplicate entries in the mailbox. Select the appropriate button to either replace old items if there are duplicates, copy duplicates without overwriting existing items, or not copy duplicates at all. Click "Next."
  
  
• 5). Type the password for the mailbox. Click "OK." You can save the password if you do not want to type it again in the future.
  
  
• 6). Select the folders you want to import. By default, all folders in the Outlook mailbox will be copied. Make sure the checkbox for sub-folders is selected if you want to include sub-folders.
  
  
• 7). Click "Finish."
