Food Options on the Carnival Elation

Carnival has always striven to provide a variety of satisfying food options on each of its cruise ships, and the Elation is no exception. The ship offers meals and snacks in various venues throughout the day. From the elegance of dinner in the Imagination and Inspiration dining rooms, to the casual open-air atmosphere of the Lido Buffet, travelers will find what they are craving for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or snack. - In the Elation's main dining rooms, there are two options for dinner. Guests can either select reserved seating (at 6:00 PM or 8:15 PM) or choose "Your Choice Dining," which allows guests to have dinner in the Imagination or Inspiration dining room at any time between 5:45 PM and 9:30 PM. While this option allows for more flexibility, a short wait is probable. Carnival aims to provide guests with a wonderful dining experience, complete with attentive service and a variety of quality menu items. Menus vary each night, but possible entrees may include Pan-Seared Tilapia, Grilled New York Strip Steak, Linguini with Italian Sausage, Baby-Back Ribs, Norwegian Salmon and Beef Wellington. Entrees are accompanied by a starter of choice and a dessert, and the dining rooms feature an extensive wine list. Children's menus are also available.
- Tiffany's Bar and Grill is a restaurant that allows guests to eat whatever they want, whenever they want. The buffet set-up features various international cuisines and made-to-order options. Examples of buffet stations include Mongolian Wok and the Rotisserie, as well as an omelet station during breakfast hours. Open seating is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Lido Deck is home to the Lido Buffet, a casual dining option where cruise guests can go anytime they are hungry. Many different food selections are available, and the Pizzeria features salads, fresh-baked pizzas and calzones 24 hours a day.
- The Bistro Cafe specializes in cappuccinos, espresso and teas. Snacks such as pastries and ice cream sundaes are served all day. For those craving something a bit more substantial, Elation features a New-York style deli and sushi bar as well. The sea-view bistro also offers buffet selections, carving stations and desserts during certain hours.
- If you are not in the mood to leave your stateroom, complimentary room service is available 24 hours a day. Simply order from the room-service menu, and an attendant will bring the order to your door.
